Belly Dance (Beginning)
Get a great workout while you learn the basics of belly dance. This beginning-level class teaches a foundation in posture, rhythm, expression, and style. Learn basic steps and technique, putting steps together into simple combinations.
Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. (no class May 15)
Belly Dance (Intermediate)
In this intermediate-level class, learn to perfect the stylization of the movements learned in the beginning-level series. More difficult movements, isolations, and combinations will be introduced, along with the use of finger cymbals, veils, and balancing props. Previous beginning-level class experience or teacher approval required.
Wednesdays 7:45 - 8:45 p.m. (no class May 15)
Belly Dance (Mixed levels)
Stretch, strengthen, and build stamina through traditional Middle Eastern dance movement. Warm up with energetic stretching and conditioning exercises, learn basic steps, and progress to combinations. Class ends with a cool-down stretch.
Wednesdays 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. (no class May 15)
Develop upper body, core, and lower body strength through the use of hand weights, resistance bands, and balls as you complete a variety of gentle conditioning exercises.
Tuesdays 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
Thursdays 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
Alternate three-minute intervals of cardio and body sculpting to get a great and fun workout. Work at your own level with lots of motivation to challenge yourself and improve.
Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:35 p.m.
Following the Iyengar method, learn the basic poses with proper alignment and precision while building strength, flexibility, stability, focus, and concentration. Great class for beginning and intermediate participants.

Fridays 10 - 11:15 a.m.
Level 1 Yoga
Learn about different yoga methods while you build balance, strength, flexibility, and stamina. This class welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners, and adapts to each person's physical abilities.
Thursdays 6:30 - 7:45 p.m.
Pilates Mat Basics
Improve core strength, balance, and flexibility through Pilates- based exercises that use the breath to connect mind to body.
Saturdays 10 - 11 a.m. (no class May 18)
Increase muscle tone and strength while improving bone density, skeletal integrity, and metabolism. Finish with a wonderful 15- minute stretch. This class is for all fitness levels, and you will notice improvement each week.
Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (no class May 9)
Get your heart pumping with a blend of kickboxing and dance moves that provides a great interval workout to build strength and endurance, ending with a relaxing cool-down.
Saturdays 9 - 10 a.m. (no class May 11, May 25)
Learn basic poses, principles of movement and posture, yoga philosophy, relaxation, and breathing techniques. The needs of each individual will be addressed.
Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (no class May 27)
Learn how to relieve pain using somatic movements, including the Feldenkrais Method and yoga, to release long-held pain patterns in the hips, shoulders, and spine. Finish with restorative yoga techniques and healing meditation.
